Admonition.

Today, I discovered that I possess a really beautiful song in my musical wardrobe.

It's one of those songs you tend to forget about, but right at the best possible moment it visits.

The song for me was "Leaving on a Jet Plane" by Peter, Paul and Mary.

It really was a charming tune to listen to.

The melody just seemed to correspond perfectly with my surroundings and my mood.

It made my day.

If I was who I wanted.

Today I felt like posting this very pretty dress that I enjoy quite a bit.

It's from American Apparel, and it reminds me of simple times.

Blindness is a gift.

Today I feel like appreciating my glasses and the gal who took  nice pictures of them on my face.
They are genuine Ray Ban optical glasses.
I wear them often.
I like them especially because the doctor who saw them thought I was cool.

Oh and my friend's name is Hannah.

As I sipped my soup today...

For my first post I found that the perfect choice would be this little place located in downtown Merrill.

It is called "The Checkered Churn."
Every meal is scrumptious along with being unexpected.
Each time I visit I find that I'm where I'm supposed to be. The world ends where I needs it to, which is relieving.
As an added bonus, many tables have little journals for customers to jot down what they wish.
I feel it is a place that I'll never forget.
